When to vaccinate felines?

Which diseases could your feline catch if not vaccinated?


1. Chlamydophila: Formerly known as Chlamydia causes conjunctivitis, eye infection in kittens aged 5-7 months. Its vaccine protects cats from this eye infection.

2. Feline Leukaemia Virus: This virus attacks the immune system of cats and makes them more susceptible to infection and illness. This virus is also prone to develop certain cancers. Guarding your kitties with vaccine may be the best thing to do to protect your kitty.

3. Feline Respiratory disease: This may seem as normal as it is also known as cat flu. However it may cause some serious problems in cat’s health such as sneezing, coughing, eye and nose discharge, loss of appetite and sometimes ulcers on the tongue.

4. Feline Immunodeficiency Virus: This is a blood borne virus that causes feline AIDS and weakens their immune system. This disease could impose severe dehydration on felines and could be fatal.
